What time do I have to place my order today for shipment on the next day?

You must place your order and pay for it until 16:00 during the to make your material ready to be shipped next day.

I will order products from Steelgo. Who should I call? 

You can place your order by contacting your sales representative or via sending an e-mail to steelgo@yildizdemircelik.com.tr.

My truck is very close to you. If I place my order now and pay for it, can I get the products right away?

If you place your order by 16:00 at the latest, your order can be delivered on the same day. You should send the vehicle registration plate details to receive the product.

How can I make the payment?

You can pay with your credit card or via EFT or money transfer to the bank accounts of Yıldız Demir Çelik.

When should I make the payment?

Your order by sending the ammount to the bank accounts of Yıldız Demir Çelik.

Which account should I make the payment to?

Can I order products other than Steelgo products?

Currently, we can only provide service for Steelgo products. There are certain products within the scope of Steelgo. We are not able to receive orders for products other than these products at the moment. Your orders for other product groups will be considered as normal production order.

Can I order as many Steelgo products as I want?

Steelgo aims to make this service available to as many of our customers as possible. Therefore, the order quantity you will place under Steelgo is limited to our stocks.

Can I place orders for the future?

You can place an order with a future date up to 3 working days provided that you make the payment.

I placed an order under Steelgo and would receive the product myself, but I have trouble finding a suitable vehicle, what can I do? 

Your orders confirmed as part of Steelgo are kept in our stocks for 3 working days. Orders that are not received within 3 days will be canceled or the shipment is organized by ourselves for the additional charge of shipping.

I placed an order under Steelgo. When will the product be ready for delivery?

Your orders, which are placed and paid until 16:00 during the day, are ready to be dispatched on the next day.

I placed an order less than the tonnage of a vehicle under Steelgo. Will it be shipped the next day?

If the shipment cost is fully paid by yourself or you send your own vehicle, the shipment may be carried out next day.

Steelgo has the product I want to buy; however, the tonnage of the coil is not suitable for me. What will I do?

Steelgo products may be ordered as specified by the stocks. Normal ordering procedure is applicable for your custom demands.

I placed an order from Steelgo. Can I collect the product myself?

Yes, you can collect it.

What is the difference between Steelgo and free stocks?

Steelgo applies to certain product groups and standard sizes. Steelgo has certain dimensions and products.  You can access it from the product catalogue.

Is a product within the scope of Steelgo different in quality from a product ordered with a lead time?

No, all of our products are produced with the same high quality standards.

I ordered a coil from Steelgo. Can I also add coils from free stocks to complete the truck?

Yes, you can add.

Can I combine Steelgo product with my any other ordered production in one shipment.

Yes, you can combine them with any other ordered production in one shipment.

Can I have a Steelgo product cut to length or slitted?

Currently, Steelgo products are only offered in coils. No extra processing is provided to the products.

How can I learn the price of the product I selected from Steelgo?

You can get a quote by contacting your relevant sales representative or by sending an e-mail to steelgo@yildizdemircelik.com.tr.

I will need a coil of a product available on Steelgo each week. May I place sequential orders?

Steelgo aims to make this service available to as many of our customers as possible. Therefore, the quantity of the Steelgo order you will place and the availability of sequential orders are limited by stocks.

How can I obtain the certificate of a product I bought from Steelgo?

You can access it via Stargate.

The product range of Steelgo is not suitable for me. Can you add the products I want to the Steelgo product range?
